Notice and Take-Down Procedures

Agile Solutions Provider maintains procedures for addressing illegal material in accordance with section 77 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (No. 25 of 2002).

The company's designated agent for notice and take-down processes is the Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA).

Customers are advised to familiarise themselves with the ISPA Code of Conduct, which establishes standards that internet service providers must follow. This code can be enforced against any provider failing to comply with its requirements.
