Acceptable Use Policy
Agile Solutions Provider maintains a commitment to ethical business practices. This policy applies to all customers using the company's products and services.
Purpose
The policy aims to protect the security, integrity, reliability, and privacy of both Agile Solutions Provider's network and its offerings to customers.
Policy Modifications
Agile Solutions Provider reserves the right to modify this policy immediately upon posting changes. Customer use of services constitutes acceptance of the current policy version.
Reporting Violations
Customers should report policy violations to abuse@agilesp.co.za. While Agile Solutions Provider cannot control all network data, customers remain solely responsible for their actions during service use.

Customers must comply with the following South African laws:
- Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002
- Electronic Communications Act 36 of 2005
- Films and Publications Act 65 of 1996
- Regulation of Interception and Provision of Communication-related Information Act 70 of 2003

Unacceptable uses include:
Content Restrictions
Posting material that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains threatening, abusive, obscene, indecent, defamatory content, child exploitation material, or unlawful hate speech.
Software and Licensing
Distribution of unlicensed software; reselling company services without authorisation.
Marketing Practices
Deceptive marketing tactics.
Network Disruptions
Excessive traffic generation, malware introduction, security breaches, unauthorised network monitoring, authentication circumvention, denial-of-service attacks, and unsolicited bulk messaging (spam).
